Question : Do you have a showroom ?

Answer : We personally do not have a showroom, there is one being built as we speak up north in Bolton , which will be completed in a few months, Which on completion we will try and put up videos of the products on this site, so you can get a better feel for our items .

Question : What is your delivery time for you items?

Answer : Delivery can be very quick , the fastest way is a wire transfer, which as long as the items are in stock i can send out products within days, paypal and cheque's will take just over a week , because all funds have to be transferred to the business account first , before products can be released, in most instance on average deliveries are about 7 days.

Question : Where are the items made ?

Answer : Most pottery is made in this country aswell as all over Europe, this is the case with nearly all items i sell . if you want to make sure on any items please just ask CLICK HERE

Question : What happens if i find things missing ?

Answer : There is a 3 day period where you can report missing items . if you find something missing over the 3 day period , then it will be classed as a separate order. missing parts are rare but does happen, were all human. I strongly suggest you check all items as soon as they arrive to avoid disappointment

Question : I can't work out the postage charge.

Answer : Postage must be added to all items. unless stated. just go to the P&P page at the top. if you are still stuck please email me your postcode and ill work it out for you.

Question : Can i collect ?

Answer : Yes collection is fine . but must order items and pay first ,then ill ring you for a day for collection.

Answer : Yes we have 1000's of items , but the items listed are carefully selected as being the top favourites from buyers.
